$200 deposit required for each week booked (payable by cheque or credit card)
Rent from Saturday to Saturday
No pets allowed on property
No smoking in cottages
"quiet time" starts at 11 pm;
Check-in after 3 pm, check-out before 10 am.
Cancellation Policy - Deposit refunded, less $50 administration fee, IF cottage is re-rented.
Balance of payment on arrival - cash, debit or credit card.
